Silk Case naturally dyed with plants. Removable pouch filled with lavender and flax seed. I like to keep mine in the freezer for a cool and relaxing effect. You can remove the silk case to gently hand wash it as needed.

I do not have a microwave nor trust them not to set things on fire so if you choose to heat the inner pouch up this way you do so at your own risk!).
