Past work…

With each quilt I make I take into account who it is intended for and work through several designs before we choose the final draft together. Natural dyes can be replicated but I choose to embrace the unique properties, and love that there are varying hues. Hand quilting adds another layer of human connection. I cherish that the final product feels like it has already been loved, because it has. I put so much time, dedication and heart into each piece - I think it truly shows and provides each recipient with such a unique and precious gift.

I try to photograph each piece with my film camera. My love of film photography intersecting with quilting creates the ultimate dream for me - and I think it highlights the true colors and textures of my creations.
